Ingredients

  • 1 packet Simply Natural Five-Element Soup (includes Organic Brown Shiitake Mushroom, Organic Kombu and Organic Burdock Chip)
  • 400ml Water
  • 1 ZENXIN Organic Carrot, sliced
  • 1 ZENXIN Organic Radish, sliced
  • Handful of ZENXIN Organic Radish Leaves, chopped
  • 1 small Organic ZENXIN Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves ZENXIN Organic Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Methods

Preparation Method:

  1. Rinse the brown shiitake mushroom.
  2. In a large pot, combine all the ingredients and soak in water for 10 minutes before bringing to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Season to taste and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.
