ZENXIN is extremely proud to share that as of 2009, its whole supply chain and hence all of ZENXIN’s operations have been Certified Organic by The National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia (NASAA), one of the oldest organic certification bodies in Australia and in the world.
Organic Certification is achieved by having a third party audit internal processes, and customers receive full assurance that they are buying authentic organic products. These extra efforts by ZENXIN ensure clear traceability of each and every ZENXIN and SIMPLY NATURAL organic product.
Tracking can be linked back to the packing houses where the product has been processed, down to the plot of ZENXIN Organic farmland where produce has been farmed. Moreover, information of the organic compost used and how the organic compost has been produced can be tracked. This great transparency in the supply chain provides our consumers with full confidence in ZENXIN’s organic offerings.
Since 2009, all of ZENXIN’s operations have achieved organic certification from NASAA. This connotes that ZENXIN’s organic fertiliser and compost factory has received certification as Organic Input Manufacturer for the production of organic compost.
Four of ZENXIN’s fully owned organic farms in Johor and Kelantan states of Malaysia have been certified as organic producers. These farms produce organic vegetables, organic fruits, and organic tea. The same can be said of the other 30 ZENXIN Organic Growers in the whole Malaysia, all certified as Organic Producers.
At the end of the supply chain, all of ZENXIN’s packing houses in Kuala Lumpur, Kluang and Singapore have been certified as Organic Processors to ensure that every single organic product packed here is with full compliance to NASAA Organic Standards.

Certified Organic Operations to International Organic Standards
Our Certified Organic Farms
At ZENXIN, all of our fully owned farms and farms under the ZENXIN Organic Grower Group comply with Australian Organic Standards, or the organic standards of NASAA.
ZENXIN’s organic farms are located at Air Hitam (ZENXIN Organic Park, Johor, 100 Acres), Simpang Rengam (Johor15 Acres), Kluang (Johor, 50 Acres), Lojin Highland (Kelatan, 20 Acres) and Gua Musang (Kelantan, 100 Acres).
There is an annual audit on all processes at ZENXIN organic farms and all farms in the Organic Growers Group, with land area approximating a total of 430 acres of farmland. Random pesticide tests on soil, water and produce are also conducted routinely to ensure compliance to Australia and International Federation of Organic Farm Movements (IFOAM) ’s international organic standards, certified by NASAA.
Besides organic produce grown in ZENXIN Organic Farms and ZENXIN’s Grower Group Farms, ZENXIN also extends effort to import organic produce from around the world. By working with reputable certified organic wholesalers in the regions, ZENXIN works at procuring the best organic apples, blueberries, broccoli, celery, carrots, garlic, pumpkins, ginger, beetroot etc.
To ensure organic integrity for all organic products sourced, ZENXIN goes the extra mile to work only with certified organic farms and suppliers with internationally recognised organic certification. These imported organic food offerings always come with an Organic Transactional Certificate to ensure that the organic supply chain is intact.
Our Certified Organic Processing Facilities
ZENXIN’s packing houses in Kuala Lumpur, Kluang and Singapore have been certified as Organic Processors. All organic produce and products packed and processed here reach NASAA Organic Standards.
Currently, our biggest processing facility, comprising 10 000sqm, is in Kluang. Built in 2004, this round the clock processing centre processes more than 10 tonnes of organic produce every day.
As of 2019, ZENXIN’s Certified Organic packing houses have also received ISO22000 International Food Safety Certification. ISO 22000 is a Food Safety Management System and is vital in building customer confidence in products purchased.
ZENXIN is also in the midst of constructing a brand new processing centre to accommodate and facilitate the processing of increased volumes of organic produce. This is scheduled to be completed by 2021.

In Malaysia, ZENXIN Organic Shops can be found in several big cities including Kluang, Johor Bahru, Skudai, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur and Penang. To serve customers better, we have more than 100 retail points throughout West Malaysia and Singapore, such as in Aeon, Village Grocers, Jaya Grocer etc. in Kuala Lumpur, Malacca and Johor Bahru, or in Cold Storage and Marketplace in Singapore.
For the benefit of customers in Singapore, ZENXIN Organic Shop at Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre in Singapore brings together not only the freshest organic vegetables and fruits, but also delectable offerings of the best organic dried foods sourced from the world over and other healthy products for a healthier lifestyle.
ZENXIN is also exporting fresh and healthy organic vegetables to Hong Kong.
