We deliver only best quality products. In case of dissatisfaction on the product quality, we are happy to:

  • Refund 100% upon verification
  • Bear the postage cost if you had to courier it back to us (please keep the receipt)

For Fresh Produce

  1. Snap a picture of the defected product with batch code / expiry dates.
  2. Send it with a brief description on the problem to [email protected] or WhatsApp 012-7058199.
  3. Complete the above procedures within 24 hours of the delivery* to be eligible for 100% refund.
  4. In certain case, we may pick-up the defected produce or we may need you to send it back to us via courier. Please pack the defected produce in clean packaging and chill it until the case is resolved.

We are sorry that complaint made after 24 hours will not be entertained as the defect could be caused by the wrong way of storage, exposure to high temperature, handling issue etc. Please check the goods upon receiving and revert to us immediately if you are concerned about the quality. Thanks!

For Dry Items

  4. In certain case, we may pick-up the defected produce or we may need you to send it back to us via courier. Please pack the defected produce in clean packaging and chill it until the case is resolved.

In addition to the product (dry goods) that can be returned with defects, based on food safety and hygiene considerations, once the package is unpacked, eaten, artificially deformed, lost temperature, expired, or deteriorated due to poor storage, it cannot be returned or exchanged. The delivered product is damaged or defective, inconsistent with the ordered product, or defective after opening: for example, the bottle cap is abnormally damaged, the bottle mouth is stained, etc.

If you have discovered quality defects of our products later than the grace period stated above, we reserve the rights to refund partially or not refund, on case-by-case basis.
