Chocolate Seed Granola

The Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Simply Natural Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
  • 5 oz maple syrup
  • 10 ½ oz Simply Natural Organic Rolled Oats, gluten free
  • 3 oz Simply Natural Dehydrated Pumpkin Seed
  • 1 oz sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp Simply Natural Organic Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Simply Natural Organic Brown Flaxseeds
  • 6 tbsp unsweetened Simply Natural Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 1 oz unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp Simply Natural Himalayan Rock Salt 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Methods

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
  2. Place coconut oil and maple syrup into mixing bowl and cook 3 min/140°F/speed 1
  3. Add oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, salt and vanilla and mix 15 sec//speed 3. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and distribute evenly. Bake for 20-22 minutes (350°F). Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container and store until ready to use.

  3. Add oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, salt and vanilla and mix well. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and distribute evenly. Bake for 20-22 minutes (350°F). Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container and store until ready to use.
