Chicken Porridge
Ingredients
- 180 g white rice, rinsed
- 1 tsp Simply Natural French Sea Salt, adjust to taste
- 2 tsp Simply Natural Sesame Oil (dark roasted)
- 150 g whole chicken breast
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1500 g water
- 1 – 2 pinches Simply Natural White Pepper Powder, adjust to taste
- 1 sprig ZENXIN Organic Spring Onion, chopped, to garnish
Methods
- In a pot, add white rice, sesame oil, chicken breast, chicken stock powder and water. Cook for 25 minutes.
- Add white pepper powder to taste. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
