Carrot Purée – from 6 months
Ingredients
- 300 g ZENXIN Organic Carrots, washed, cut in pieces (2 cm)
- 250 g water
Methods
- Cut the carrots into smaller pieces.
- In a pot, add carrots and water and cook for 12 minutes.
- Transfer the ingredients into a blender and blend for 20 seconds.
- Check food is fully puréed and thoroughly cooked then transfer to serving bowl. Leave to cool, checking temperature is suitable for your baby before serving.
- Store remaining purée in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 24 hours or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
