Ingredients

  • 300 g ZENXIN Organic Carrots, washed, cut in pieces (2 cm)
  • 250 g water

 

 

Methods

  1. Cut the carrots into smaller pieces.
  2. In a pot, add carrots and water and cook for 12 minutes.
  3. Transfer the ingredients into a blender and blend for 20 seconds.
  4. Check food is fully puréed and thoroughly cooked then transfer to serving bowl. Leave to cool, checking temperature is suitable for your baby before serving.
  5. Store remaining purée in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 24 hours or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
