Dear Friends of ZENXIN,

It is a pleasure to write to you again after our meeting at ZENXIN’s 21st Anniversary celebration in ZENXIN Organic Park, which will be renamed ZENXIN Organic Farm in 2024.

As the festive season of Christmas and New Year approaches, the air is filled with a sense of joy, celebration and togetherness. It is a time when families come together, sharing gifts, laughter and most importantly, meals that nourish both the body and the soul. In the spirit of health and festivity, ZENXIN Organic extends a warm invitation for you to join a movement that celebrates life, eats organically, nourishes ourselves and heals our minds, leading to longevity and a better life. In case you missed it, we are running a series of Christmas cooking classes with Chef Harry and you are welcome to sign up to learn more about delicious and healing foods.

As we step into the New Year, it is a time for new beginnings, new resolutions and a renewed focus on health. As I am typing this letter to you, the ZENXIN Team is preparing for the Chinese New Year celebration. They are designing the CNY menu, preparing New Year gift bags (福袋), testing the CNY hampers – this is the first year we at ZENXIN are working on them. We will have at least two events in each of our shops, inviting you to come for food tasting and a New Year shopping spree (办年货). We will also decorate our ZENXIN Organic Farm and welcome you during the CNY period for all the family activities. I have personally shared more than six recipes with our team during our annual managers’ meeting last week.
