Ingredients

  • 60g Simply Natural Organic Sun-dried Goji Berry Powder
  • 60g slivered Simply Natural Dehydrated Almonds, plus extra to garnish
  • 350 ml almond milk
  • 120g ZENXIN Organic Banana, frozen, cut into pieces
  • 120g plain Greek yogurt
  • 15 ml maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Simply Natural Chia Seeds, plus extra to garnish
  • plus extra Simply Natural Organic Sun-dried Goji Berry to garnish 

 

Methods

  1. Crush or blend almonds.
  2. In a blender, add goji berry powder, almond milk, banana, yogurt, maple syrup and chia seeds. Blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
  3. Garnish with extra goji berries, slivered almonds and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
