Organic High Protein Unbleached Wheat Flour (gluten), Filtered Water, Organic Chia Seed, Pure Sea Salt & Organic Wheat Starch (gluten)

Serving suggestion:
1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 5 mins. (additional oil & salt is not needed)
2. Drain, then rinse with cold water. Drain again.
3. Serve with soup or a delicious gravy.

Recommended intake: 2 servings/ day

Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.
