Frozen Greek Yogurt with Honey and Olive Oil

The Ingredients:

  • 400g Greek yogurt whole or nonfat
  • 60g Simply Natural Fresh Raw Honey, to taste, plus extra to drizzle
  • Simply Natural Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to drizzle

Methods

  1. Spoon yogurt into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
  2. Place frozen yogurt cubes into mixing bowl and with aid of spatula chop 20 sec/speed 10. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Add honey and blend 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer to bowls, drizzle with honey and olive oil and serve.
  1. Spoon yogurt into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
  2. Remove the frozen yogurt from the ice tray. 
  3. Blend the frozen yogurt cubes with honey until creamy texture. 
  4. Transfer to bowls, drizzle with olive oil and honey. Serve.
