Serving suggestion:

Morning Sunshine Smoothie:
1 large Zenxin Organic Thai papaya (peeled & deseeded)
½ Zenxin Organic lemon (juice)
6 Zenxin Organic calamansis (juice)
1 tbsp wild raw honey
1 tbsp 'Simply Natural' virgin organic coconut oil
½ cup Barambah Greek yoghurt

Add water to the top mark on the blender. Put all the ingredietns in a blender and blitz until smooth. The presence of fats in the smoothie helps to assist absorption of fat soluble vitamins. Here, coconut oil, which also has anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal properties, aids the digestion process.
