    How to prepare?
    1. Rinse the shiitake mushroom.
    2. Put all ingredients into a pot.
    3. Soak in 400ml water for 10 minutes, then boil the soup.
    4. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
    5. Season to taste and add your favourite steamboat ingredients!
