Suggested usage:
1. Internal use:
Take 1 ml (~12 drops) orally, once or twice a day. Suggest to drop directly into mouth or mix into juice, yogurt, shake or smoothie.
OR
2. External use:
Topically apply 2-4 drops on skin to combat wrinkles, scars and dry skin.
Due to its beta carotene content, using the oil topically might leave orange colour stain on skin, clothes, sofa or bedsheets. Suggest to leave the oil on skin for at least 30 minutes and rinse off before rest.

Suggest consult your healthcare practitioner before using the products if under blood thinning medication/ supplements usage.
For those with sensitive skin, suggest to test on small patch of skin before using topically on other areas of affected skin.
