Essentials to Bring:

• Water bottle, mosquito repellent, raincoat/umbrella.
• Towels/change of clothes (for hot weather).
• Bring reusable bags.

Refund of Ticket(s)

• Ticket purchases once confirmed are final and are not refundable or changeable. Please check the selected schedule information carefully before check-out.
• Duplicate transactions are also not refundable because duplicate transactions block other customers from purchasing tickets. There will be no refund for any unused or partly used services.
• Not refundable due to rain or bad weather. If you arrive and we have had to cancel due to severe weather, you will be provided with a code to postpone your visit to another day within one year. Alternatively, we can offer a list of other activities in the area.
