Cooking Instruction
Steaming:
1. Steam approximately 10 minutes over boiling water and serve.

Microwave:
1. Put it in microwave (900 W), sprinkle with water and put a cup of water together.
2. Heat at high power, cook for 1 minute and let it rest inside the microwave for 2 minutes.
It is advisable to consume within 5 minutes.

If you have known allergies for products containing gluten and nuts, it is advisable to avoid taking this products.

Keep frozen (-18°c). Defrost before cooking. If store in chiller, consume within 3 days.
