Our honey is free from heat treatment and adulteration. You may experience the appearance of foam around the cap or gas exchange when opening the bottle, indicating active enzyme activity of the honey. The phenomenon is normal in freshly harvested raw honey and it is safe for consumption. To avoid overflow, it is advisable to not shake/ tilt the bottle and rest the honey for 1 to 2 days before opening.
