Serving suggestion:
- 5g of psyllium is taken once with meals alongside some form of liquid (200ml of water or more) and can be taken at every meal if desired
-Can be used in the making of breads, breakfast cereals, pasta & snack foods.
-Does great as thickener in frozen desserts, or simply mix with any of your favourite beverage.

Store in a cool and dry area. Keep container tightly closed to protect from heat and humidity.

Psyllium husk should not be consumed by children, unless it's recommended by their healthcare provider. People with bowel spasms or a history of bowel obstruction, people with a history of colon or rectal cancer and people with phenylketonuria (PKU) are advisable to avoid this products.
