Golden Milk

The uber trendy Golden Milk a.k.a Turmeric Latte is a beautiful and powerful combination of warm milk and turmeric. Make yours vegan by opting to use nut milk.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of choice (almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk or cow’s milk)
  • 1 tsp ‘Lakadong’ turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
  • ½ teaspoon of Organic Black Pepper, grounded
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Raw Honey, to taste
  • 1 Organic Cinnamon Stick (optional)

Method:

  1. Heat all ingredients on saucepan for 3-5 minutes until warm, but not boiling.
  2. Serve warm.
