- 2 cups milk of choice (almond milk, soy milk, coconut milk or cow’s milk)
- 1 tsp ‘Lakadong’ turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
- ½ teaspoon of Organic Black Pepper, grounded
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Raw Honey, to taste
- 1 Organic Cinnamon Stick (optional)
- Heat all ingredients on saucepan for 3-5 minutes until warm, but not boiling.
- Serve warm.
