Goji Berry Smoothie Bowl

The Ingredients:

  • 60g Simply Natural Organic Sun-dried Goji Berry Powder
  • 60g slivered Simply Natural Dehydrated Almonds, plus extra to garnish
  • 350 ml almond milk
  • 120g ZENXIN Organic Banana, frozen, cut into pieces
  • 120g plain Greek yogurt
  • 15 ml maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Simply Natural Chia Seeds, plus extra to garnish
  • plus extra Simply Natural Organic Sun-dried Goji Berry to garnish 

Methods

  1. Place almonds into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 9.
  2. Add goji berry powder, almond milk, banana, yogurt, maple syrup and chia seeds and blend 30 sec/speed 6.
  3. Garnish with extra goji berries, slivered almonds and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
