The Ingredients:

  • 2 ZENXIN Organic Antibiotic Free Eggs (Selenium Enriched) yolks, from large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Simply Natural Premium Grade Organic Soy Sauce (optional)
  • 400 g water
  • 10 g Simply Natural Corn Flour


  1. Insert butterfly whisk. Avoiding whisk and blade, place all ingredients in mixing bowl and cook 4 min/90°C/speed 2.
  2. Remove butterfly whisk. Transfer custard to a bowl and leave to cool, checking temperature is suitable for your baby before serving.
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and leave it cool. 
  3. Serve.
