True to its label, it’s pretty much odorless. And, convenient to serve as it’s almost ready-to-eat save for some rinsing. Texture is somewhat crunchy and chewy at the same time and indeed it did fill me up. Personally though, I’d prefer regular organic noodles for the floury taste and smell.

Tasteless, odourless and it’s rubbery. A very good replacement for noodles. It’s easy to prepare and can be used for fried noodles or soupy noodle. Just love it as straightforward and easy to handle.
