Tip for enjoyment:
1. Julienne/ Cut the fresh produce
2. Plate the 2 pickles (Drain away the vinegar if less sour taste is preferred)
3. Add in fresh shredded organic vegetables
4. Top with Bo Cui and mixed nuts & fruits.
5. Crush the beetroot deep fried noodles by pressing the noodles lightly with chopsticks. Place on top.
6. Drizzle the Yu Sheng sauce.
