It has been a while since we updated our website the last time. We are glad to share with you that XIN FLAVOURS – the popular Chinese food magazine in Singapore organizing a gourmet tour with Chef Chen Yong Hua on 14/5/11. This idea of this tour is to let the readers to understand about organic farm and experience the process of making food: from farm to table, especially together with a professional Chef Chen.

After the special guided organic farm tour and our unique harvesting program, Chef Chen prepared three dishes – Organic Salad with Passion Fruit Dressing, Braised Chicken with Black Fungus and Oyster Mushroom, and Chilled Banana with Honey Vanilla Yogurt. We are glad to share with you all the recipes above and we hope that you can join our fun activities soon in our uniquely educational ZENXIN ORGANIC PARK.
